Mercuric Oxide Yellow AR is functional as a chemical intermediate for chlorine monoxide; antiseptic in pharmaceuticals, mercury salts, organic mercury compounds etc. This is also used as a component of glass modifier, dry cell batteries, cosmetic preservatives, pigments etc. This is functional as analytical reagent that can be used in different antifouling paints.
